The short version

You own your content. We host it — that's all. We claim no rights over your photos, videos, writing, brand or anything you publish through your app. We never sell your content or your personal data. You can export or delete everything at any time.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, phone, and the passcode you choose for your dashboard.
• Your brand details: the brand name, colors, niche, and social links you give us to build your app.
• Your content: photos and videos you upload to your app's media library.
• Your app's activity: follower sign-ups, orders, bookings and messages that happen inside your app (this is your data, held for you).
• Referrals: if you refer other creators, we track your credits and affiliate status so you get paid correctly.
• Domain requests: the custom domain you ask us to connect.
• Anonymous analytics: page and app events used to keep the service working and improve it.

How your content is protected

• You keep ownership. We display your content only in the app you control, the way you set it. We do not republish, resell, or use your content for anything else without asking you first.
• Encrypted everywhere. All traffic runs over HTTPS; nothing is served over open connections.
• Passwords are hashed. Your passcode is stored salted and hashed — never in readable form, and never included in any backup or analytics export.
• Your money details stay in your vault. Payout details you enter in your dashboard never leave your app's database — they are excluded from every export, backup and analytics stream by design.
• Payments stay on the screen. Payment instructions appear only inside the app on a secure screen — never pasted into chats or emails.
• Deletion is real. Close your account and your profile, content, uploads, and messages are purged — not parked.

Analytics and our data systems

We keep an internal reporting system for running the program (activity counts, referral credits, order funnels). Those streams carry no passwords, no payout details, and no device tokens — credential fields are stripped before anything leaves the app database. This reporting is internal business evidence. It is not sold, and your individual content is not part of it.

Who sees your data

Only the CJ Best Creators Studio operations team, and only what's needed to run your app and the program. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we don't share your content with third parties unless you ask us to.

Your rights

• Export: ask us for a copy of your data and content, any time.
• Correct: update your details in your dashboard, or ask us.
• Delete: close your account, or email us — everything is purged.

Legal

This program is operated from Singapore. We handle personal data under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, and give every creator — wherever you are — at least this same level of protection. Retention: we keep your data only while your account is active. This policy may be updated; material changes will be announced in your dashboard, and the current version always lives on this page.
